As a founder and CEO for nearly 15 years, John realized that while he knew his own company better than anyone, he had never learned how to see his companies through the eyes of an investor or acquirer, or how to give investors the information they needed.
Then, after his second exit, John became an investor in early- and mid-stage companies, and realized that investors want to help companies succeed — but often don’t have the information they need.
